GEORGETOWN -- Mrs. Barbara Thornton Hickman, 49, a former Georgetown resident, died at 10 p.m. Thursday (Nov. 16, 1967), at Presbyterian Hospital in Whittier, Calif. She had been in ill health for several years. Mrs. Hickman was born Feb. 5, 1918, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ben H. Thornton. She married Floyd Hickman, October 30, 1949 in California. He survives. Mrs. Hickman was graduated from the Lake View Memorial Hospital School of Nursing in 1939. Surviving besides her husband are two brothers, Paul and Ben Thornton and Mrs. Donald Stroud, all of Georgetown. Funeral services and burial will be in California. --typed by Walt W
